PACE is made possible by state legislation and approved by local government.  It provides for 100% financing with zero due up front or at installation.  No payments, then low payments.  Zero due until 2025.  Pre-Approval is free, zero obligation, and won't affect your credit score.

You choose the repayment terms, from 5-30 years.  No fico score needed, PACE obligation is not listed on your credit.  All of your options will be presented to you upon determining your upgrades with payments tailored to meet your specific needs.  Click the "How It Works" tab for a more detailed explanation.  Many upgrades are zero out of pocket.

An assessment is added to the property's tax roll once funds are disbursed.  PACE obligation may be passed on to the new owner upon sale of the property.  PACE removes the obstacles typically stopping a homeowner from making needed upgrades.  Contact us with any questions you have. 

What else can I do?

Unsecured Financing

Along with your PACE approval, we will automatically check your qualification for unsecured financing as part of the pre-approval process.  These funds can be used in conjunction with your PACE project or a completely separate project to fund upgrades such as an addition, kitchen or bath remodel, etc.  Just as with the PACE Pre-Approval, this is a soft credit pull and will not affect your credit, but will potentially provide you with additional funds that will be at your disposal if you have the need.
